It is noteworthy to say that each knightly Order had the main Order church dedicated to the one of the patron saints of the Order (e.g. St John's Co-Cathedral in Valletta or St Mary's church in Malbork Castle). However, besides it, Grand Masters of the Orders had private chapels in Grand Masters' Palaces, only three of such palaces survived until today: in Malbork in Poland, in Rhodes in Greece and in Valletta in Malta.
